Subscription questions


Why should I subscribe?
All magazine subscriptions are available at a discounted price and are cheaper then purchasing via the newsstand. The magazines are delivered directly to your door, ensuring you never miss an issue. You will also receive a free gift(s).

Does my subscription price include postage costs?
All prices include postage costs for the entire subscription term. The subscription cost for those living outside of the UK may be higher, due to the cost of overseas postage.

When will I receive my first magazine?
The first magazine you will receive is indicated underneath 'start issue' found on the first page when selecting your subscription. To change the start issue click on the drop down box.

When will I receive my free subscription gift(s)?
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of subscription gifts. If you are still awaiting your gift after this time please email or call the relevant magazine via the contact us page.

What happens if the free subscription gift is no longer in stock?
All gifts are subject to availability but where the original gift is no longer available we will send a replacement gift of equal value.

How do I change my subscription delivery address?
Please select the 'amend my subscription' tab and enter your WEB ID number. Then proceed to change your address. Alternatively if you do not have your WEB ID number, please email the relevant magazine on the contact us page with the title 'Change of address'. Please clearly state your name and new address.

What is my WEB ID number?
Your web ID number is stated on your initial subscription confirmation, it can also be found on your renewal letters and the plastic wrap of your copy of the magazine. If you have trouble locating this number please contact the relevant magazine via the contact us page.

Why haven't I received one of my issues?
Firstly please check to ensure you are due to receive a magazine (schedules are outlined below). If you are scheduled to receive a magazine and it has not arrived you can check your delivery address details online using the 'amend my details' tab and entering your WEB ID. Please contact the customer service team via the contact us page if your details do not need amending and you are due to receive the issue. They will send a replacement issue if necessary.

When will I receive my magazines?
The publishing schedule for each magazine is as follows:

 

Cooler: Published just before the beginning of February, April, June, August, October and December.

 

Dig: Published just before the beginning of Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep and Nov.

 

Dirt: Published at the end of every month.

 

Document: Published at the end of Jan, beginning of March, middle of April, beginning of June, middle of July, end of August, beginning of October, middle of Nov and end of December.

 

Kingpin: Published at the beginning of every month.

 

Moto: Published in the second week of every month.

 

Onboard: Published at the beginning of August, September, October, November, December, January, February and mid March.

 

Ride BMX: Published in the third week of every month.

 

Sidewalk: Published in the second week of every month.

 

Surf Europe: Published at the beginning of April, May, June, July, August and September and middle of October and December.

 

The Surfer's Path: Published at the beginning of January, March, May, July, September and November.

 

White Lines: Published at the beginning of October, middle of October (Product Guide), beginning of November, December, January, February and March.

How many issues do I have left in my subscription?
To check how many issues you have left, go to the 'amend my details' tab and enter your WEB ID to view your remaining issues.

How do I renew my subscription?
To renew your subscription please click on 'Renew My Subscription' in the side bar, or send back the renewal form you have received in the post.

How does it work if I want to give a subscription as a gift?
The recipient of the gift subscription will receive the magazine at the address provided by the donor. The free gift accompanying the subscription will always be sent to the person who has paid for the subscription. This allows them to give the gift directly to the recipient.

How can I find out more about the other magazines or sports?

Can I cancel my Direct Debit
Your direct debit can be cancelled at anytime, please call the relevant magazine via the contact us page. We also advise you to contact your bank directly to cancel the direct debit with them as well.

What is the "Campaign code" or "Promotion code"?
All subscription deals advertised in the magazine contain a special code. This ensures that you receive the correct free gift or discounted price. This code normally consists of 4 or 5 letters/numbers, and can normally be found next to the website address or telephone number provided on the promotion.

Whitelines Saver Card terms and conditions:
ARTIFICIAL / INDOOR SLOPES:
2 hours for the price of 1 at SNO!zone (previously Xscape) "Buy 1 hour recreational slope time at SNO!zone and get a second hour free". The offer can be used multiple times throughout the whole year at either the Milton Keynes, Castleford or Braehead branches.

Terms and condition:

  • Offer available until 31/09/10 for cardholders only
  • Hours must be used consecutively
  • During high season (October - March inclusive) offer is valid 9am - 5pm weekdays and 7pm - 11pm Sundays
  • During low season (April - September inclusive) offer is valid at all times
  • Offer is subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, including sessions
  • Offer cannot be exchanged for cash
Recreational users must meet minimum standards (ie control speed, link turns and use a button lift)

How much does postage and packing cost on merchandise orders?
All prices include free postage and packaging, for standard delivery

When can I expect to receive my merchandise order?
If you place your order before 12.30pm your order will be dispatched that day, other orders will be dispatched the next day. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery once payment has cleared.

Merchandise Returns Policy:
Please ensure that you write your name and postcode on any returns, without this we will not know who has returned the item and it will not be processed.

Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. CD's, videos, games and DVD's will not be accepted unless they are returned sealed. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us.

Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a replacement, exchange or refund.
